Kelly Abbot

CEO

Mr. Abbott has over 15 years of experience in entrepreneurship and has founded multiple companies ranging in size and industry and is an accomplished capital markets professional who has raised millions in private and public ventures. His expertise is in marketing, corporate strategy, venture capital and business development. He has overseen the corporate development function of various private and public companies within the mining and resource, technology, cannabis, and psychedelic sectors.

Yuying Liang

CFO

Ms. Liang is a principal of Canmore Financial Services Inc., which provides financial reporting services and full-service accounting to private and public companies in a variety of industries. Ms. Liang has extensive experience in a public-company environment and has provided services such as financial reporting, company filings, and quarterly and annual budgets. Ms. Liang earned her bachelor of business administration from Simon Fraser University and holds the professional designation of chartered professional accountant (CPA).

David Jenkins

Director

Mr David Jenkins is a global financier and works with high networth individuals. He has extensive experience in public markets and has helped secure millions of dollars in capital in mining. He is a highly regarded expert in negotiating, marketing and advertising. Mr Jenkins has completed hundreds of multimillion dollar deals throughout his career demanding top price for assets in all market conditions. Mr Jenkins leverages in depth market knowledge to cater the sale of valuable assets to buyers throughout the world. Mr Jenkins currently serves as an independent director for Levitee Labs Inc. He holds a position as an independent director at Boundary Gold and Copper Mining LTD. He also holds a position as an independent director for Quantum Battery Metals Corp.

David Greenway

Director

Mr. Greenway brings more than two decades of experience in managing, financing and developing growth strategies for various TSX Venture Exchange- and Canadian Securities Exchange-listed companies, including involvement in acquisitions, business valuations and investor relations. His key expertise lies in the management and development of junior public resource companies, especially in the mining and oil and gas sectors. He has held directorships, senior management and business development positions, including his role as the chief executive officer of Stamper Oil & Gas Corp., Veritas Pharma Inc., Chief Consolidated Gold Mines, SNS Silver Corp., Moneta Resources Inc. and Sterling Mining Company, and his board position in Mountain View Conservation Centre. Mr. Greenway attended University in Bournemouth, England, where he studied accounting and finance.
